International returns (UK, US, and all non-EU countries) are at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Please note that any import duties, taxes, or carrier fees paid upon delivery are non-refundable, as these are collected by third parties (e.g. Royal Mail, ParcelForce) and not by us
You may try on items to check fit and feel, but they must not be worn beyond this.
Due to the nature of the products, we apply strict hygiene standards:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in clean condition
- Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage cannot be accepted
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions
Original packaging is not required, but items must be returned safely packaged.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method (PayPal).
The refund includes:
- the purchase price of the returned items
- the original standard shipping cost
